Derek Floyd, a 6-foot-1 205 lb. senior linebacker, for a big hit on Special Teams.
The Lake Highlands coaching staff looked for the most impressive hit during the Wildcats 62-0 win against Sunset.
This is Floyd’s second time to get his name on The Big Stick. He also gets to keep it in his locker during the week. It serves as a reminder every time the players go out to practice that when the lights turn on, it’s time to hit big.
