As always, there is plenty of action around the area for Lake Highlands sports. If you start making a map right now, you might be able to catch a little bit of everything.
Here’s a rundown of what you can look forward to:
- Today it all starts with Lake Highlands tennis squaring off with McKinney North at LHHS at 4 p.m..
- The Lake Highlands volleyball team squares off with Sunset at 6:30 p.m. at Ellis Davis Field House in the Jesse Owens Memorial Complex. The Lady Wildcats swept the Lady Bisons in three and are looking for their eighth straight District 9-5A win.
- At 7:30 p.m. you can step outside to John Kincaide Stadium where the Wildcats football team will also meet up with Sunset.
- On Saturday, get up at 7 a.m. and make your way down to Norbuck Park to see Lake Highlands Cross Country compete in the Jesuit CC Classic.
