Norbuck Park was a huge, muddy Slip’N Slide on Friday morning for the District 9-5A cross country meet. It was a soggy time for competitors and spectators alike.

Wonder how the Lake Highlands runners managed to keep mud from collecting on their shoes? Pam cooking spray. They just spray it on the soles of their running shoes and they don’t have to worry about mud collecting like leg weights.
