The Cole family, mentioned here for their forthcoming restaurant on Greenville Avenue, have won the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association’s 2008 Outstanding Restaurateurs award. Among the attributes that earned the Coles the award: A restaurant operation that is successful in the eyes of fellow operators, employees and the community.
The Greenville store, on Greenville between Southwestern and Caruth Haven, is scheduled to open in September, doing pick up and delivery. Some of Lake Highlands will probably be in the delivery area, though.
The company is also planning to open a Lakewood location next summer, but doesn’t have a site yet. The company already has eight stores throughout the Dallas area.
