If you’re free this Saturday morning and you’re a beauty product junkie, call the NorthPark Bath & Body Works store (214.987.0840) and make a reservation for the Beauty Cravings event.
This is a smart marketing tool on the company’s part. Basically, if you RSVP, you can show up at 9 a.m. and enjoy a free continental breakfast (coffee, orange juice and pastries from Panera Bread) then roam around the store to sample some of their product lines, like Caudalie, Fekkai and Anthony Logistics for Men. Each of the brand representatives provide dozens of samples for you to take home, plus you get a free gift (a $20 value, I think) just for RSVPing and attending, plus they have all kinds of coupons and promotions that will get you more free stuff with a purchase.
I attended the first one last year, and it’s a great deal (how do you beat free?) not to mention a lot of fun, especially if you bring a friend.
