Here’s something that says pretty much all we need to know about how dangerous the road can be these days … 90% of Americans believe "texting" while driving should be outlawed, but 57% admit doing it anyway! This and other factoids show up in a study done at the University of Kansas, and admittedly the survey size was pretty small, but it makes sense, doesn’t it? We’re all bullet-proof until the bullet hits us, I guess.
