Haven Lake Highlands. That is the working name of the first multifamily and retail development emerging from the ground at the Lake Highlands Town Center. Leasing should begin late this year. In a month or so, a website, now in the development stage, will be live giving us the opportunity to learn and imagine even more.
Now, if only I could figure out what retail will be included on the retail and clubhouse portion of this multifamily-retail development. (I have inquired to Prescott’s press rep but so far have not heard back; I am beginning to feel neglected by these guys. They just haven’t been meeting my informational needs).
So far we know, if the specs in the last press release from Prescott still stand, that:
The building will have 200 multi-family units and also 7,450 square feet of retail on the ground floor.
The 200 apartments will “a combination of one-, two- and three-bedroom units sized from 505 to 1,250 square feet. The project’s modern units will also feature 9- to 10-foot ceilings, as well as upgraded appliances and finishes.”
People who live in the Town Center will have amenities such as “a clubhouse, modern fitness center, resort pool and outdoor dining areas made more enjoyable by views of the Town Center park and lake.”
Each unit will rent for “market rates,” the release says, “which are expected to range from $950 to $1,950.
Try to guess when a Lake Highlands Town Center retail tenant will be announced, and win a prize if you’re right.
