LH rappers still backin’ the Rangers

If you’re feeling the “home team hangover” after yesterday’s losses by the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys, check out this YouTube video, posted by four Lake Highlands High School graduates who haven’t given up hope.

As they rap about the Rangers magical 2010 journey to the post season, they make it clear they believe the Rangers can clinch the American League Division Series in Tuesday night’s game in Tampa Bay. That’s Wes Romanowski singing lead vocals, Blaine Coutant backing him up on camera, Jacob Andrews laying down the beat and writing lyrics and Scott Renkes adding opening vocals off camera. All graduated from LHHS in 2008 and currently attend Texas A&M University. I guess Aggies do know how to rap after all.
