Perfection is rarely attainable in sports, but the Lake Highlands volleyball is going for a perfect sweep of District 9-5A tonight.
The Wildcats take on Molina in the regular season and District 9-5A finale, scheduled for a 6:30 p.m. start at DISD’s Ellis Davis Fieldhouse.
In case you didn’t get the breaking news on our live blog Friday night, LH defeated Creekview to clinch the district title and No. 1 seed for the playoffs. The Wildcats are 13-0 in district, 28-12 overall and have a lot of momentum for the start of the playoffs next week.
