Even as the neighborhood braces for a big sports week, what with both LHHS varsity volleyball teams in the playoffs Tuesday and the "sort-of" LHHS girls basketball team taking on the Ticket radio guys Wednesday, another LH sports legend called it quits on his college career.
Josh Carter told the News that as time wound down on his basketball career at Texas A&M during Saturday’s blowout loss to Connecticut in the NCAA tournament, he thought about the end: "It’s been a good four years. But it’s just hard to swallow."
