The good folks of Lake Highlands undoubtedly care about what happens in our ‘hood. Groups of residents opposing certain development projects range from outspoken and active to loud and intimidating. But forming quietly behind the contentious neighborhood meetings and crusades against city councilmen seems to be a virtual movement started by self-proclaimed "pro-development" ("responsible development," that is) people living in LH.
