When the LHHS senior class hosted Senior Night Live last weekend, one highlight of the show was the dads’ performance. They did a mash-up combining Wranglers, sports, band, cheerleading and other activities, and they brought down the house with their rendition of the Highlandettes’ closer – Brand New Day. Check it out on this Youtube video. If you aren’t a class parent you can use the bar at the bottom to skip over Bob Heger’s kind message to the crowd, but don’t miss the Wrangler girl dads ripping open their shirts or the cheer dads’ stunt pyramid. Oh, and I apologize for my subpar camera work. It’s hard to keep the camera steady when your doubled over, cracking up.
