Aggie’s African Restaurant will soon open at Skillman just north of LBJ in the spot where Boston Burgers lived for a few months. I spoke with owner Aggie Akpo who says she will schedule an opening as soon as she receives her operating permit from the city. The city is supposed to inspect the site before week’s end, she says. The eatery will be open 11 a.m.-10 p.m. daily for lunch and dinner, dine-in or takeout.
