Lake Highlands plays Plano East in the Cotton Bowl Showcase Friday night
If you’re ready to watch some Lake Highlands football this week, don’t show up at Wildcat Stadium. The Cats will be playing in the 4th annual Cotton Bowl Showcase at Fair Park Friday night.
LHHS was invited last year, too, but that Saturday game was a rainy, sloppy mess. This time, we’ll face the same opponent – Plano East – and enjoy starry skies and the prime-time Friday night slot.
Kickoff is at 8:30 p.m, and tickets are on sale all this week during LHHS student lunches. The public may purchase tickets Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the foyer of the school’s main “L” building at $8 for adults, $6 for students. Tickets are $10 at the door, and parking is $10.
Go Cats!
