Lady Wildcats celebrate their win over Cedar Hill in the first round of playoffs
The mighty Wildcat volleyball team defeated Cedar Hill in 4 sets Tuesday night to advance to the second round of playoffs. They’ll return to neutral site Coppell High to play Southlake Carroll tonight/Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
Oh, and in case you’re following 8-6A runner-up and city rival Pearce, they lost in 5 sets to Mansfield Lake Ridge. That means Lake Ridge, not Pearce, will face juggernaut Trophy Club Byron Nelson, ranked first in the state, in the next round. Richardson High lost to Waxahachie.
Go Cats!
