Local author, speaker and decluttering expert Dana K. White says, no offense, but you’re doing it wrong.

Oh, she’s not judging. White, who started the blog A Slob Comes Clean, says all the practical tips she shares in her books she learned from her own housekeeping struggles.

White will visit the Audelia Road Library to discuss her newest release, Decluttering at the Speed of Life: Winning Your Never-Ending Battle with Stuff at 6 p.m. Oct. 25. You can also ask about her previous book, How to Manage Your Home Without Losing Your Mind, or her weekly podcasts and videos.

There’ll be refreshments at the free event and a chance to purchase White’s newest book and have it autographed.
