Moss Haven students taking a break from class for the holidays may not be missing tardy bells and pop quizzes, but they’re already missing Mister Mac, their friendly neighborhood crossing guard. Mac McCrossen made the holidays special with festive lights, zippy music and a visit by Santa Ape, who kept the kids giggling. More importantly, say parents, he keeps kids safe as they travel to and from school.
