The fine folks at 5Atexasfootball.com have put together a pretty snazzy Region II preview with analysis and rankings of the teams in the region shared by Lake Highlands.
Interestingly, all of the Wildcats’ non-district opponents, including Saturday’s opening foe, Mesquite, are also in Region II. Which means the Cats could see them again down the road in the playoffs. In fact, LH’s scrimmage opponent the last two seasons, South Garland, is also in Region II and LH did indeed see the Colonels again in the playoffs.
