Looking for just the right spot to host your neighborhood organization’s meetings and events? You are saved! Wilshire Baptist Church is seeking to fill that need by opening their new Community Hall Tuesday, September 15.

Associate Pastor Mark Wingfield tells me it’s a beautiful space with a lot of flexibility. “And we have a magnificent new commercial kitchen for use by our staff chef, John Jost.”

Wilshire will offer the meeting place for small groups – moms’ gatherings, civic groups, prayer circles, Bible studies – every Tuesday morning beginning about 6:45 am. Jost will serve a hot breakfast buffet for $8 per person, and attendees will interact and network together. Then, groups can move into their private meeting space nearby. There are eight private meeting rooms – there’s no charge other than breakfast – and even those with no meeting on their calendar can drop by, have breakfast, and say hello. If you’d like to reserve a private meeting space, email Loretta Murphree or call her at (214) 452-3109.
