The Lake Highlands volleyball team triumphed over Fort Bend Austin and Spring on Friday in pool play of the Pearland Volleyball Classic.
The Wildcats lost the final pool play (Division 14) match to San Antonio Churchill, 25-22 and 30-28, in a contest that did not end until 11 p.m. Thursday.
LH next plays area rival Highland Park at 10 a.m. Friday in the Gold Bracket at Pearland Junior High South. If this makes sense, you might be a volleyball parent.
