Episcopal Church of the Ascension is hosting VBS June 9-13 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. and it’s free to all. This year’s theme is “Wilderness Escape: Where God guides and provides,” and dinner is provided. Parents can sign up their students, aged 4 to 6th grade, online here.

St. James Episcopal kids will “Explore the Awesome Wonder of God” June 16 to 20 from 9 to 11:30 a.m., and the cost is $25 per child. To register, call Kathy Baumgarten at 214-673-7826 or email baumgartenkathy@yahoo.com.

Lake Highlands United Methodist’s VBS will be a “Workshop of Wonders” June 23-26 from 9 a.m to noon. For more info contact Jennifer Smith at jlc.smith@prodigy.net.

Some grade levels in some VBS programs are already full. There may be other churches in and around LH hosting VBS and other summer camps and activities – contact your neighborhood church for more info.
