Lake Highlands defeated Sunset in three matches Friday night at Ellis Davis Field House for its ninth straight win in District 9-5A play. The Lady Wildcats beat the Lady Bisons 25-10, 25-10, 25-12, respectively.
Sophomore Katie Bott helped keep the Lady Bison from scoring with 13 digs, while junior Matalee Reed posted 10 kills, with nine assists from senior Hollyn Adams.
Lake Highlands will head to Richardson, who is also undefeated in district, on Tuesday at 6:30.
