Their team will roll up the mobile pizza ovens to cook fresh wood-fired pies in the parking lot while you are counting down the days until the restaurant officially opens. Their full menu won’t be available, but they’ll have a few choices, including, in honor of Star Wars Day, the Roni One, featuring bacon marmalade, pepperoni, mozzarella and tomato sauce for $10. The fun begins at noon and lasts until 6 p.m. — or until they’re all sold out.

If pop-ups ain’t your thang, visit Cane Rosso locations in Carrollton, Frisco, Arlington, Fort Worth and Dallas — especially the ones nearby at 7328 Gaston and 6959 Arapaho. Cane Rosso Lake Highlands is at 7150 Skillman.
