On June 27, local children’s magician Brett Roberts will bring together bubbles and enchantment for a special performance entitled “The Colors of Kindness Bubble Show”. The show, which runs from 11 a.m. to noon in the auditorium (where neighbors vote), will also feature puppetry and crayon fun.

According to the show’s event description, it “teaches tolerance, encourages kids not to be bullies, and the science of bubbles.” Bubble tricks such as a bubble within a bubble and various other manipulations will be performed. Multicolor bubbles will challenge children’s perceptions of bubbles as clear or white, and a grand finale is supposed to showcase “the biggest bubbles” audience members have ever seen.

Children will be encouraged to browse the library for more information on bubbles during the show, and given pointers on how to utilize the resources offered there going forward.

The event is open to all and free to attend. It is sponsored by the Friends of Audelia Road Library.
