Technically, the anniversary falls on May 28. However, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 31, neighbors can stop by the original store on Northwest Highway to celebrate our neighborhood’s local coffee shop with giveaways, free samples and live music.

The first 200 customers through the door will receive a swag bag filled with WRC merch. Giveaways will also take place throughout the day, offering access to employee discounts, merchandise, free coffee for a year, 1883 products and more.

Live music will set the mood for the celebration. Two local acts, Rosco Johnny (starts at 10 a.m.) and Tyler Hook (starts at noon), will perform on Saturday at the store.

If neighbors have a sweet tooth, WRC will be handing out samples from its bakery. And for those looking to hone their barista skills, free demos will be offered in WRC’s Brew Lab.

White Rock Coffee’s flagship store is located at 10105 E Northwest Hwy
