As Dallas gets ready for its first bout of triple-digit heat this year, Cane Rosso has announced a drink deal to help neighbors cool off.

According to the National Weather Service’s forecast, Dallas is expected to see a high of 102 degrees Wednesday, with highs of 96 and 94 degrees forecast for Tuesday and Thursday, respectively. The heat record for May 14 in Dallas is 95 degrees, Fox 4 reports.

In response to the heat wave, Cane Rosso has announced a half-off drink deal at each of its nine Dallas-Fort Worth locations, including its Lake Highlands restaurant.

From May 13 through May 15, frozen drinks will be half-off at all Cane Rosso locations. The deal is good for both dine-in and takeout orders.

 

May’s monthly specials at Cane Rosso include a pork carnitas taco pizza ($19), served with pickled onions, lime, queso fresco, salsa verde and cilantro, and shrimp scampi ($18).

The NWS forecast shows high temperatures sticking around through the weekend in Dallas, with a high of 96 degrees forecast for Friday and a high of 95 degrees forecast for Saturday.
