Dallas Police confiscated significant amounts of illegal narcotics in a drug bust in far northeast Lake Highlands last week.

Police say DPD units executed a search warrant in the 9900 block of Forest Lanefollowing an extensive investigation into the manufacturing and distribution of illegal narcotics in the area.”

According to police, 1,379.4 grams of Methamphetamine, 245.7 grams of cocaine, 24.7 grams of heroin and other drug paraphernalia were confiscated. 

Of three individuals taken into custody, 28-year-old Tremaine Robertson was the sole individual to be named by police, as their investigation determined he was connected to the seized narcotics. He has been charged with two felony counts of Manufacturing and Delivery of Controlled Substances, in addition to one count of unlawful possession of a firearm. Robertson has been denied bond on the weapons charge, as he has a previous felony conviction, Dallas County Jail records show.

“This arrest and seizure of dangerous drugs is the result of the dedication and commitment to public safety from the Dallas Police Department’s PNI and PSN Task Force, SWAT team and Northeast Patrol division,” DPD said in a release.
