Starting at 11 a.m. April 19, neighbors can head to Thurgood Marshall Student Success Academy and participate in a community egg hunt complete with free food, a rabbit petting zoo, and even a rumored appearance by the Easter Bunny himself. The hunt is free, open to the public and split into three age groups.

The schedule for the hunts is as follows:

11:30 a.m: 3-years-old and under

11:50 a.m: 4-6-years-old

12:10 p.m: 7-11-years-old

Parents are asked to remain clear of the hunt field, and bags will be provided if needed. There will also be two raffles at 12:20 and 12:40 p.m. The hunt is presented by “E.B. Hoppsalot,” a life-sized Easter Bunny.

In addition to the hunt, there will be free In-N-Out Burger, Kona Ice, train rides, live bunny petting zoo, a bounce house, games, prizes, snacks and candy.
