Matt and Trisha Stroud of Strouderosa BBQ got their start selling smoked Thanksgiving turkeys and sides from their L Streets home’s kitchen, so it’s only fitting that the family-owned establishment is offering a holiday menu.

12-14 pound smoked turkeys come priced at $80 each, and sliced turkey can be bought for $20 a pound. Stuffing and brown gravy are available for purchase in 32 or 80 oz orders. Side options include green bean casserole and jalapeno cream corn, and also come in 32 or 80 oz batches. Neighbors can add on eight or 16 seasoned buttery rolls for $8 and $14, respectively.

Pickup for Strouderosa Thanksgiving orders will be on Wednesday, Nov. 27, and will run from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Reheating instructions will be provided. Orders can be placed on Strouderosa’s mobile ordering platform.

One90 Smoked Meats, a one-time stop on Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, is also getting in on the festivities. Smoked turkey can be either bought whole (16-20 lbs) for $99, or sliced (3 lbs) for $65. USDA prime briskets come both whole (feeds 20+) and in halves (feeds 9+). Whole briskets have been discounted to $200.

A spiral-sliced half ham for $99 and a whole salmon filet for $135 round out the One90 Thanksgiving protein selection. Sides include mac n’ cheese, baked beans, green beans, potato salad and coleslaw, and can be ordered in half or full pans. Orders can be placed on the One90 website.
