North Texas Giving Day is tomorrow, September 19, and there are plenty of area nonprofits you can support this year.
Taking place annually in September, NTGD is one of the biggest online philanthropic events in the nation, raising tens of millions for hundreds of nonprofit organizations in DFW every year. The event is organized by the Communities Foundation of Texas. Last year, the event raised over $60 million, benefitting over 3,000 nonprofits.
Although the official date falls on the 19th, the early giving period has been going on since the beginning of the month.
