As part of the Department’s 311 in the Community initiative, a mobile van will come to the Audelia Road Branch Library and Willie B. Johnson Recreation Center tomorrow. The van will act as a 311 pop-up, allowing residents to file 311 service requests person and report issues in person.

The van will be at the Audelia Road Branch Library from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. It will then travel to the Willie B. Johnson Recreation Center from 12:30 to 2 p.m.

Dallas’ 311 is the reporting center for Dallas residents’ non-emergency concerns including code violations, dangerous animals, homeless encampments and garbage collection. 311 is accessible by phone by dialing 3-1-1, online through its website, or by using the mobile app.
