2024 marks United To Learn’s seventh annual Community Campus Day campaign, with 68 total projects coordinated for local schools, 51 of which have been fully completed.

Two Lake Highlands elementary schools will be participating this year, Highland Meadows Elementary and Jack Lowe Sr. Elementary.

Highland Meadows Elementary is planning to create a ‘Special Education Playscape’. The space will be transformed from the school’s current PreK and Special Education area.

Jack Lowe Sr. Elementary School will receive a playground refresh, creating an area designed to foster collaboration and communication between students.

High school students and adult volunteers are encouraged to attend on Saturday, April 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. If interested, visit United To Learn’s page for Community Campus Day 2024.
