The Lake Highlands Family YMCA is holding a blood drive this weekend on Saturday, July 15.
Blood is in short supply in North Texas. To address the shortage, the center will have a mobile donation truck from 8:30 am – 12:30 p.m. on site. Registration for donation time slots will be open until the end of day Friday.
Locals who donate will receive a beach towel and snacks. Walk-ins are also accepted.
