The Lupners
Lupnerheads rejoice! The Lupners are back on tour, with three, three, three gigs over the next eight days.
The fun kicks off this weekend with Sundays in the Park at the Lake Highlands Town Center. This free concert is sponsored by the LH Public Improvement District to foster community fellowship, so bring your blankets or lawn chairs from 5 to 7 p.m. to the open-air stage at Watercrest Park, 7070 Skillman.
3Nations Brewing, co-owned by a group of LH families and located in downtown Carrollton, will host the Lupners Friday night May 12 from 7 to 10. They’ve got a huge outdoor patio at 1033 Vandergriff with food, wine and their specialty brews.
Lone Star Roadhouse will mark their 20th anniversary Saturday, May 13 with the Lupners and another of LH’s favorite party bands — Remedy. The menu includes appetizers, salads, burgers, steaks and beverages galore. Owner Dee and her crew have a special celebration in store from 8 to midnight at 11277 E. Northwest Highway.
