In 1963, Bishop Thomas K. Gorman established the St. Patrick Parish in Lake Highlands. Sixty years later, the church and subsequent school still stands on Ferndale Road.
This Saturday, the church is planning a spring festival to celebrate sixty years as a parish in the community. The celebration will be complete with live music, bounce houses, baked goods and fun for the whole family.
To support the church, a raffle will be held for a 2023 Advent Advanced EV Golf Cart. Tickets are $100 each for the prize, typically priced at $13,000. Raffle tickets are available for purchase here.
The spring festival will run from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. with the raffle drawing ending the night. St. Patrick Catholic Church is located at 9643 Ferndale Road.
