A shooting happened early Thursday morning that left one dead in a local apartment complex.
Police responded to a shooting call around 1:48 a.m. on the 13000 block of Audelia Road near Dallas College Richland Campus. They found the front door of the victim’s apartment had multiple bullet holes, according to police.
There was no response when police knocked on the door, and they broke it down, according to the report. The victim, identified as 42-year-old Amanuel Negash, was found inside with multiple gunshot wounds.
Dallas Fire Rescue responded and took Negash to a local hospital where he died.
