HausFest returns for its third year Sept. 24 with live music, beer, German food and a collectible stein. There will also be a vendor market with more than 20 local vendors.

The Oom-pah Daddies, also known as Baba Yaga Orkestar’s polka band, will perform polka and Balkan rock from noon to 3 p.m.. Then, Desabelle will take the sage with folk and bluesy rock tunes for guests.

Hungry neighbors will be able to order from a limited menu including bratwursts and Vector’s sourdough pizzas. As for beers, they’ve got that too, with $5 refills on brews.

That’s not all, a weenie dog parade will start at 3 p.m. for all the dachschund lovers with a prize for “best-dressed pup.”
