Dyson, the technology company known for hair styling tools and vacuums, opened in The Shops at Park Lane Thursday.
This will be Dyson’s first Demo Store Owner Center in Texas and the brand’s only hybrid center for service and retail globally. There are only five other demo locations across the country, including Los Angeles, Santa Clara, New York, San Francisco and Tysons.
The brick-and-mortar store will allow neighbors to pick up, test and receive tailored demonstrations on products. If you run into issues, Dyson experts provide technical support and repairs on products at the service center on site.
The store will also feature the following services:
- Hair styling –Experts dedicated to offering an opportunity to choose the perfect hair care technology for your hair styling needs.
- Purified Air – The full range of air treatment products will be on display with engineered demonstrations. You can learn more about local air quality and how to manage the pollution in your home.
- Cord-free vacuum technology – Customize cordless vacuums with a choice of wand colors and additional cleaning tools to suit your home.
- Dyson Exclusives – This includes limited edition models to exclusive gift sets and accessories, available only in-store or on Dyson.com.
Designed by James Dyson, this new store “is engineered for education and hands-on experiences with Dyson’s innovative technology,” according to the press release.
Dyson has 200 locations globally and two technology institutes in the United Kingdom.
The Shops at Park Lane is located at 8080 Park Lane.
