Police Saturday morning tell us Roxane Reza the missing 23-year-old Baylor NICU nurse has returned home. That’s all the information we have at this time.
We also asked the police public information officer Melinda Gutierrez about reports of a dead body found Saturday at White Rock Trail from Dallas Texas TV, which has instagram and Facebook pages with thousands of followers. She says there was no body found today.
The friends and family of a young nurse Roxane Reza are worried and police are searching for her after they say she did not come home Thursday night, and that she might have been on a run near White Rock Lake.
Reza’s last known phone ping showed her on the SoPac Trail between markers 124 and 125, friends say in a flier released on social media.
“… We are also looking around White Rock Lake,” they note. “The last anyone heard from her was at 9 last night, 7/14.”
The SoPac trail runs between Greenville Avenue and Winstead Drive, along the edge of Harry Moss Park and continuing through industrial, commercial and residential areas of East Dallas.
The latest update from Reza’s loved ones notes that her parents are coming to Dallas and that anyone with any information should call Dallas Police Detective Carrington at 214.671.4268.
Public posts on Reza’s Facebook page show she graduated from Texas Women’s University in 2020 and is a registered nurse at Baylor in the NICU.
We will continue to update this story as we know more.
