Burger Schmurger
Burger Schmurger, the Lake Highlands-based burger pop up, will set up at Craft and Growler at Fair Park for a residency starting Wednesday, June 8.
Dave Culwell is head burger slinger for Burger Schmurger and known for smashing his burger patties, topping them with melty cheese and sliding them on top of buttered, grilled buns.
The residency will last throughout the month and kick off on Wednesday with schmurgers and Burger Schmurger Blonde beers going for $1 each, but there’s a limit of one per person.
Tickets will be given out to keep track of orders. Burgers will be served at 5 p.m. that evening.
