Chef Erin Willis of RM 12:20 Bistro is offering neighbors another cooking class. This time, the recipe is for fish en papillote on Thursday, May 26, at 6 p.m.
RM 12:20 is known for French menu offerings, so of course this dish will be no different.
For those who may not know what it is, fish en papillote consists of black cod, cooked inside parchment paper, with artichokes, tomatoes and herbs. The complete meal includes a kale salad and a glass of wine.
