JHP Architecture, the Lake Highlands-based architectural design company, is playing its part in a retail and living development planned for Lewisville.
Dallas-based Provident General Contractors is building Merit, the retail and residence space, which has plans to open in 2023, according to The Dallas News. California-based Legacy Partners will develop and manage the project.
Berkadia Real Estate Advisors secured more than $20 million in equity investment from Pondmoon Capital Holdings USA.
The rental complex will include apartments from 630 to 1,500 square feet, co-working spaces, a pool, fitness center and other amenities.
JHP Architecture has designed other mixed use developments throughout Dallas as well as commercial, sustainable, housing practice areas and urban plan designs.
