Mardi Gras makes its return to Lake Highlands and the surrounding area this weekend. From crawfish boils to something special at Dallas Farmer’s Market, there’s a little something for everyone to get in on some of the fun.
These three spots have something planned to kick off these celebrations in the coming days.
Fish City Grill will have crawfish, chalkboard and drink specials, lots of beads and a live music performance by Lola and The General Store Generals. It all goes down from 5 p.m.- 8p.m. on Tuesday, Mar. 1.
Oak Highlands Brewery will have its annual crawfish boil from noon to close on Saturday, Feb. 26. Boils are $9 per pound and include potatoes and corn.
Fat Tuesday at Dallas Farmers Market. Expect live music, chef demos and a crawfish buffet provided by Rex’s Seafood at this event hosted by Dallas Farmer’s Market. The event will run from 5 p.m.- 10 p.m on Tuesday, Mar. 1.
