The Dallas Police Department LGBTQ Outreach will host a free transgender self-defense class this Friday at Forest Audelia Boxing Gym.
This is the first class of a three-part series the department is hosting. Though all are welcome, the class size is limited as part of health and safety guidelines.
Participants are asked to bring a mask, their own water bottles and wear athletic clothing. The event details also request early arrival to sign waivers before the program starts.
