Daveyon Miles
The Dallas Police Department arrested a man they say attacked a CVS employee in October.
Police were called to a disturbance at CVS on Skillman at Walnut Hill at about 5:15 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 23. Officers determined that a 63-year-old employee had been assaulted in an unprovoked attack.
The employee was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
After releasing video and a photo of the suspect, police arrested 23-year-old Daveyon Miles and charged him with aggravated assault. Miles is in the Dallas County jail with bail set at $500,000.
