Highlandettes
The high-kicking Highlandettes aren’t hosting their traditional garage sale fundraiser this year, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t in need of funds. The drill team has six decades of history traveling to football games, dance competitions, community events and other performances to represent the school, and it takes a village to move that line in perfect synchronization.
In 2019, the garage sale was relocated to Forest Meadow Junior High due to construction at LHHS, and the pandemic cancelled the sale in 2020. This year, Highlandette boosters have created the Dette Donor Club, making support of the drill team quick and easy.
