Sports gurus at the Dallas Morning News have advice for Wildcat football fans – don’t let your season ticket subscription lapse.
Their list of 2021’s Top Returning Rushing Leaders has senior Noelle Whitehead ranked at number 4, with 189 carries for 1,557 yards (8.2 average) and 20 touchdowns in 2020. Lake Highlands was undefeated in regular season play and finished with a 10-1 record.
SportsDay prognosticators say Whitehead, who split rushing duties with quarterback Mitch Coulson last year, should see even more action now that Coulson has graduated and headed off to play at Emporia State University in Kansas.
