From the culinary minds of Fish City Grill, Sarah’s Hot Chicken is now available in the neighborhood via delivery.
The new virtual restaurant combines classic Nashville flavors with made-from-scratch recipes. With a recipe that brines the chicken for 24 hours before cooking, Sarah Hot Chicken Sandwich leads the restaurant’s menu. It can be ordered on four heat levels: naked, sissy, hot & spicy or damn hot.
Fish City Grill recognized seafood is not a top choice for a delivered meal. Per a release, DoorDash says chicken is the No. 1 food group for delivery.
“For a dyed-in-the-wool seafood company to create a new virtual concept that offers a menu line that is completely out of its wheelhouse is unique,” said Fish City Grill co-founder Bill Bayne. “We strategically developed the Sarah’s Hot Chicken concept to reach a new and broader clientele, and to drive sales during these challenging times.”
Other Sarah’s Hot Chicken entrees include Hot Tenders & Fries, a Shrimp Oh Boy! and The Hot Chick Salad. The sides range from fries to mac & cheese.
Orders can be placed at Sarah’s Hot Chicken’s website or through delivery partner DoorDash. Hours are 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
