As of Tuesday morning, there are 11 active coronavirus cases among Richardson ISD students and employees in the Lake Highlands feeder pattern.
This is a five-case increase from last week. However, past few weeks of active COVID cases have been the lowest number of cases since Dec. 3.
RISD has reported the number of lab-confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 at each school and central location since the school year began Aug. 19.
As of 11:39 a.m. March 23, there are 30 active student cases, which is the same number of cases as last week. There are five active employee cases districtwide, a two-case increase since last week.
RISD has had a total of 1,656 student cases and 722 employee cases since the start of the school year.
