Health care real estate services firm Lincoln Harris CSG Healthcare Group relocated its Dallas regional headquarters to Lake Highlands, according to a press release.
The division of Lincoln Property Company, an international real estate firm, leased 17,448 square feet at One Glen Lakes, a 10-story office building near US 75 and Walnut Hill Lane. The property is owned by ICM Asset Management and holds Class-A office space totaling 169,000 square feet.
“Tenants are taking notice of the positive changes happening at One Glen Lakes. With seven new leases, the property is now approaching 80% leased,” said LPC Senior Vice President Campbell Henry.
